Working Dog Winery strives to make sure that everyone who visits is provided with a positive wine experience. In order to ensure that your time with us is enjoyable, we have updated our policies, effective May 1, 2017.
Groups larger than 8 must call winery prior to visiting for approval. Groups larger than 8 may visit winery, but must provide their own seating and tables, and will be located in designated areas behind the tasting room on the grass. (If rain occurs, seats will not be available in building or under covered area for large groups).
Working Dog Winery is food friendly, but our intention is for nibbles and snacks ONLY, (for example: small blocks of cheese, crackers, or a small sandwich, NEVER hoagies, platters of any kind, pizzas, birthday cakes, etc.)
In accordance with the New Jersey Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control, NO alcohol other than Working Dog wine may be consumed anywhere on our property. Any violations will be confiscated.
No outside beverages are permitted at Working Dog Winery. The tasting room sells water, soft drinks, juice boxes, and more.
No coolers larger than a lunchbox are permitted.
Family organized birthday parties and celebrations are not permitted.
Please be respectful of your fellow patrons in the tasting room and grounds, loud and disorderly behaviors are distractions to others trying to enjoy their winery visit. We are winery, not a bar.
Children must be attended to at ALL times, and are never allowed in the vineyard.
Dogs are allowed in the outside seating area, but must be on a leash. Barking dogs are not permitted in the tasting room.
For those who would like to enjoy wine by the bottle or glass after their tasting, we offer outdoor seating. We do not take reservations for seating.
Changing the seating arrangement in the tasting room and outside is not permitted (no moving barrels, tables, etc.).
We do permit playing Frisbee, corn hole, having a catch, and flying a kite in designated areas. Activities involving bats, sticks, and clubs are not allowed as they can be dangerous to others.
Limos/bus tours must arrive before noon.
Policies are subject to change at Working Dog’s discretion to insure the best possible wine experience for all patrons.
